While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with Laser Aviator, we understand sometimes things don't quite work out. We are 100% commited to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.
Changed your mind?
For any issues regarding your order, we must be contacted within 10 days of the order being shipped in the UK or within 15 days for international orders or we may not be able to help resolve the issue.
If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we require that you contact us within 8hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.
In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, Laser Aviator reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate at its sole discretion.
When it comes to refunds, you have two options:
Cash Refund
We offer 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order.
*Please note customised orders are non-refundable.
Store Credit
We offer store credit equivalent to any and all item(s) in your order.
In order to resolve cases, we must be contacted within a reasonable amount of time from the product shipping date.
Return Shipping
Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged. Returns must be received within 30 days.
