How much are my Crew Points worth?
Each Crew Point is worth: £0.10 GBP.
Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation 24 hours of your order being placed.
Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so as the order has not shipped out yet.
If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the time your order is delivered.
